From the moment we met Kari and Brian we knew we’d be in love with their engagement session at the Lake Elmo Airport. This session is what we call vision – simple, elegant, and gorgeous (and following a few simple instructions of clothing suggestions)! The excitement in their faces and twinkle in their eyes as they described Brian’s family passion of flying and how it was very important to incorporate his love of flying into their session was priceless. Kari shopped ’til she just about dropped at the Mall of America to find the perfect dress to match this vintage vision and I do have to say they pulled off this session perfectly.

Just an interesting little fact: You can pull one of these planes with a small riding lawn mower.

 In light of the Minnesota State Fair I thought I’d blog this adorable session that we did last week at the Steele County Fair last week. Their first date was at the Steel County Fair two years ago and will be getting married at the end of the year at 413 on Wacouta in St. Paul! I’ll bet their day will be just as fun as this session was! I love when so much thought goes into a session!!!
