So I have to say after completing Emily and Mark’s engagement session at the Owatonna County Fair this past summer I was super excited to see all of their details in place at their New Year’s Eve wedding! First and foremost… 413 on Wacouta is an Agape favorite, and then knowing the details would be customized by Emily’s super creative ideas, not to mention I knew the flowers would be perfect since Carra at La Petite Fleur was in charge of them… I knew this was going to be an amazing event even before stepping in the door. Poor Emily had bronchitis but was in the best mood to enjoy every minute of the festivities! Buca did an amazing job with a family style dinner (which I have to say is really fun and you definitely get filled up) and who can say no to amazing hot pasta on a cool winter evening?!?!?! It was definitely a beautiful wedding to end 2011 with! Finally… I think every bride and groom should end the evening with a quick stop on the rooftop to light a few sparklers in the downtown air, don’t you agree?

So Agape Moments was blessed by two weddings in the “family” in 2011! We started our “busy season” off with Karmin and Dan and ended it with Kelly and Dan. By now, I am sure most of our dedicated blog readers know our photographer, Kelly, and many of you have been begging to see the gorgeous event… so… here it is… ENJOY… SHE’s GORGEOUS!

We’ve been looking forward to this day since the very minute Dan popped the question last fall. Since then, we pretty much all got to be a sounding board for all of her fun ideas and it was an honor to see them all in place when the day finally arrived! We were blessed with one of the most beautiful fall days we’ve EVER seen in the small town of Winona! The sky could not have been bluer which made for the most incredible color pop I’ve ever seen! Karmin and Kim (yes our photographers) adorned Kelly with her amazing bouquets and bouts (I have to say that I think they are some of the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen!!) Our favorite detail, hands-down, was the guys’ vests!!! Did you check them out??? We did say Kelly’s favorite color is plaid, right????
