How adorable are Kelly and Riley?? Riley proposed to Kelly at their favorite summer time spot — Lake Harriet. Getting down on one knee on rollerblades next to the stone he bought to have “Kelly A. Will You Marry Me?” engraved shows just what a fun and unique couple they are. Their ‘Summer Lovin’ engagement shoot was inspired by their love of Lake Harriet and colorful personalities. We can’t wait for their June 22nd wedding next year!

When the rain falls on you, why not embrace it?!?!? We had quite the rainy spring so we thought we’d post a couple shots from one our favorite rainy day sessions! So often a bride and groom are afraid of a few clouds rolling in. We say, be creative and embrace the grey skies! A couple umbrellas, bouquet, cute boots, and a few friends to tag along and help cover the bride and camera with umbrellas can make for one amazing session.
